"What's Holland Reading These Days?"

Gosh, thanks for asking. Well, let's see...I usually have several books going at once. I'm currently reading:

Honor: A History by James Bowman--which is providing amazing insights into the Arab/Musilim mindset. It is also, surprisingly, helping me see some of the Old Testament biblical accounts in a new light.

In Our Hands: A Plan to Replace the Welfare State by Charles Murray?Obviously, given the title, this book isn't everyone's cup of tea. (What? You don't occasionally get a powerful hankerin' for a good page-turner on welfare reform?) But if you've ever noticed how well-intentioned government attempts to help people tend to make matters worse and wondered if there was a more effective alternative... Well, here you go.

The Bible by God. Much better than The Da Vinci Code.

Just ordered from Amazon:
Sisomo: The Future on Screen by Kevin Roberts because a little blurb I saw in Fast Company piqued my interest.
